Suggested Application
Start with a few drops under the tongue to get a feel for what message the plants are sending. Breathe in and notice how you respond. You may wish to close down the eyes. This one is hot & spicy, and is a potent extract, so if under the tongue is too much try it out in a little water. We use and recommend 20 drops (1ml) in your beverage of choice.
Top Tip: Incredible in cacao.
