With a focus on seasonal and bioregional medicine, they hope to empower individuals to take their health into their own hands and foster a sense of connection. Fat of the Land Apothecary is the work of Anja Schwartz Rothe, a community herbalist, land steward, gardener & writer based in New York’s Hudson Valley. She is a member of the United Plant Savers organisation and the American Herbalists Guild.
